As a member of BMUG you have access to one of the largest FirstClass™ systems in the United States, located in Berkeley, California, Planet BMUG
Some of what you'll find on Planet BMUG:
• An outstanding files section which has the latest and greatest in Macintosh Publicly Distributable software. We strive to have the most current software available on Planet BMUG. All of it System 7 compatible and 32-bit clean.
• Most of the various sections are run by sub-administrators and moderators who are volunteers and experts or enthusiasts in their respective areas and will be acting as your guides through the world of Planet BMUG.
Feel free to send them messages, ask questions or, in general, communicate with them if you've got something on your mind.
A moderator controls a specific area of interest, usually one conference.
A sub administrator controls an entire area that can have several sub area's of interest within them (MacProgramming, BMUG Helpline, BMUG Business Office, Classifieds and Files). If you would like to volunteer, notify the Administrator by email.
• For the first time you’ll be able to directly connect to the BMUG Business Office and BMUG Helpline. Both will have their own sections on Planet BMUG and will be checked daily.
